Pesach begins with an opening luncheon reception on Wednesday 8th April 2009 and concludes with breakfast on Friday 17th April 2009. First seder is on Wednesday night 8th April 2009.

Hungry?
The great team at ES Deli have been devising the ultimate Pesach menu with well balanced nutritional cuisine that is sure to surprise even the most discerning palate.
We will be offering early kids dinners and we only ask that you notify us with your booking regarding whether you will be joining the early times.
Kids that have attended the early dinner will be able to participate in the age appropriate activities during adult meal times.
On arrival you will find welcome hampers in your rooms full of goodies to enjoy at your leisure.
A Tea area will be set up comprising: fresh fruit, drinks, biscuits, macaroons, cakes, snacks, tea and coffee.

Sedorim
You are invited to join our communal seder led by in house guest rabbi. We encourage child and adult participation, so please bring along any applicable school work or pearls of wisdom you wish to share.
For guests wanting a more intimate seder, we offer you a fully catered seder in your room with a waiter tending to your every need. All food will be delivered and served in your room. This service will incur an additional charge of $250 and must be requested by the 1st of April 2009.

Shule
Barwon heads Shule will operate three minyanim daily with a chazzan and baal koreh running the services. There will be in house shiurim with guest speakers.

Orthodox Supervision
We are under the strict supervision of Adass Israel which is Glatt Kosher.
All meals except for last day pesach will be 'Non-Gebrochts'.
All dairy meals are strictly cholov Yisrael.

Accommodation
All units are fitted with a full kitchen and we will be providing plastic coverings to enable you to place your food items on it as well as disposable tableware for your convenience.
The rooms will be cleaned twice during your stay, additional cleans may be requested at an extra charge.
All units have flat screen TVs and DVD players and a DVD library will be available from reception. Internet access is available, however we do ask that you inform us if you will require access as we will be patching to your rooms as per demand.
Within the main complex we have the Ocean Accommodation block comprising one and two bedroom units. The Evian Accommodation block is located five minutes walk from the main complex and comprises two and three bedroom units.
Bookings will be taken on a first come first serve basis.

Babysitters
Our caring and responsible staff will be available to care for your children in a warm and fun environment while you take a well earned break.
Available from 9am-6pm daily - leave your kids with our friendly, capable and responsible team while you take some time out to relax - Whoever said Pesach was the most stressful time of the year has never been to ES Deli's Pesach by the Sea.

Indoor spa/outdoor swimming pool
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool and an indoor heated spa that will operate as a mikveh between the hours of 6 and 8am.
Any children under 14 must be under the supervision of an adult.
There will be allocated times for men only swimming and women only swimming. Families can book times for themselves if so desired.

Tennis courts
Adjacent to the Evian block are two tennis courts.
Equipment will be available for use from reception.

ES deli has devised the ultimate Pesach menu to impress even the most discerning palate, with fine dining, grand buffets and beautiful desserts and a fully stocked tea area.
We will be offering early kid’s dinners and kids activities during adult meal times.
